Will I ever quit feeling the need to stare at him, and kiss him, and hug him, and squeeze him, and say things like "Oh, my stars! He's the cutest thing this side of Texas!!!".....? It's going to be pretty weird if I'm still this insanely smitten when he's thirty. Seriously, I can't get enough of this little guy.
And, for those of you sweet ladies who've requested Levi's birth story, it's a comin'. Next chance I get for a lengthy blog post, you will get what you've asked for.
Hey Madeline, I love that name, so pretty. What a handsome little boy. I feel the same way about my little ones. I actually get a little sad when they have birthdays, Because they are that much closer to being all grown up. Thanks for checking out my blog too. To answer your question about home schooling, I am currently doing a preschool program & hooked on phonics @ home with my 3 yr old daughter Lily. Just to get her used to sitting still, listening and following directions. She is doing remarkably well. I figure it is good practice for both of us, in preparation for homeschooling. I love the interaction and she loves the one on one time too.
ReplyDeleteOh he is so cute. I love how in love you are. You are just so lovely...xxx
ReplyDeleteI think our gushiness matures with their age and stays appropriate :)
ReplyDeleteI love birth stories!!!
ReplyDeleteHe's so cute! I can understand the urge to love him up. I still feel like that about my 8 year old son :) He's hoping it goes away!
ReplyDeleteAwww...that is SUCH a sweet picture of Levi. And yeah, I'm so in love with my little boy too...and my little girl! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Madeline! Your little guy is too cute. I know that it is cliche, but time goes by so fast - enjoy the little moments. (I can say that even after the day I've had - ha ha)!
ReplyDeleteThanks for checking out my blog - I'm kind of new to the blogging world, so I appreciate any feedback. I look forward to reading more about your adventures - I really, really want to raise some chickens (although, that's going to have to wait awhile since we are expecting another baby). :)
Oh I know that feeling too well!!
ReplyDeleteWell, look at him. He's cute. How could you resist?
ReplyDeleteI watched the Oscars last night and thought that as great as all those people looked, my little boy was still better looking!
Guess it's a mom thing. :)
I don't think I'll ever be able to look at any of my kids and not swoon.
ReplyDeleteHe is cute! How could you not adore him? I bet he adores you too:)
ReplyDeleteI don't think it ever goes away. At least, it hasn't yet for me. I love his little outfit. And I'm looking forward to the birth story. :)
ReplyDeletemy mom says oh my stars!!! haha so cute :)
ReplyDeleteand no I don't think you'll ever grow out of that phase, but i would recommend you refrain after he gets married, otherwise your daughter-in-law could get testy!! ;)
