Add some mint and oregano mixed in with a couple farmer's market tomatoes and cucumbers, and we had ourselves some serious yum. Have I ever mentioned how much I love fresh summer veggies? ;)
Verrrry yummy looking. THe folks at my place don't much like tomato. Perhaps they would if it was homegrown?
