Party Time

My parents threw a little family party for Sophia. There were "balloons" of course...

And pink cupcakes...

And a surprise visit from Aunt Annie...

Sophia turned two last Saturday, but obviously we didn't bother reflecting that in the number of candles. The more the merrier. Right?

We ended up with a bit of a Madeline theme in presents. My mom found an adorable dress and sweater set with the Madeline character embroidered on them.

And, we bought her a Madeline book.

And, here's proof that Stephan, Lillian, and I were also in attendance. :)

Sheesh! My babies are all growing like weeds.

Two

Two years ago at this time I was snuggling in for the night with a brand new baby.

And, today that baby is a vivacious two year old girl.

While Lillian was napping we made cupcakes and had a little unofficial party. We have a family party planned for next weekend, but who can resist the excuse for more cupcakes?
